Washington, D.C. - Today, the GOP Doctors Caucus announces its endorsement of H.R. 5269, the Reforming and Enhancing Sustainable Updates to Laboratory Testing Services (RESULTS) Act, bipartisan and bicameral legislation that would safeguard essential testing and diagnostic services that physicians and patients rely on for clinical decision-making and provide stability for the Medicare program and clinical laboratories.

Washington, DC - GOP Doctors Caucus Co-Chairs Greg Murphy, M.D. (NC-03) and John Joyce, M.D. (PA-13), introduced alongside Kim Schrier, M.D. (WA-08), Chair of the Democratic Doctors Caucus, the bipartisan Patients First Act–comprehensive Medicare Access and CHIP Reauthorization Act (MACRA) reform legislation.
The Patients First Act is necessary to keep patients healthy, preserve competition, and deliver affordability.
