Rep. Greg Murphy, M.D., represents North Carolina’s 3rd Congressional District. He serves on the Health subcommittees of both the Ways and Means and Veterans’ Affairs Committees, and co-chairs the House GOP Doctors’ Caucus. Rep. John Joyce, M.D., has represented Pennsylvania’s 13th Congressional District since January 2019 and currently serves as Vice-Chair of the House Committee on Energy and Commerce and as co-chair of the House GOP Doctors’ Caucus.
As physicians who have practiced for decades and the co-chairs of the GOP Doctors’ Caucus, we have witnessed firsthand the breakdown of our health care system. Too many of these middlemen have been allowed to come between our patients and the care they need.
